Modular Unit & Structural Steel Erection
We handle process unit construction from the ground up. From greenfield and brownfield installation to replacing aging systems, from demo to startup, our crews manage every aspect of unit erection, including equipment removal and site preparation, modular unit setting, structural steel erection, and fixed equipment installation.
Precision Planning
We embed our construction expertise at the earliest opportunity. Long before steel is on-site, we collaborate with engineering and procurement to shape the installation around real-world constraints to reduce risk and improve efficiency. Our proven process includes providing input on modular configuration; shipping, sizing, and sequence planning; and coordination with OEMs to improve schedule and remove constraints. We strengthen execution through detailed preplanning, custom rigging solutions, and engineered lift strategies tailored to site conditions and scheduling demands, including: rigging and heavy lift engineering; erection methods and work sequencing; and field problem-solving and site-specific adaptations.
Field Execution
We build with purpose, focusing on every detail, from crane placement to temporary supports, to minimize downtime and maintain safety across the jobsite, with solutionsthat include: crane specs, placement, and utilization; and coordination across planning, engineering, and field teams.
